Are your products natural?
Yes. We focus on natural wellness essentials – herbal powders, roots, essential oils, dried flowers, saffron, henna and everyday food staples like rice and lentils – sourced with care.

Are your supplements and herbal products safe to use?
Our products are intended to support everyday wellness. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, please consult your doctor before use.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
Most of our herbal powders, oils, spices, rice and lentils are plant-based. Please check each product page for specific details.

Using our products

How should I store herbs, spices and saffron?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, in a sealed container. Saffron and dried flowers keep best in an airtight jar to preserve aroma and colour.

How do I use henna powder?
Mix henna powder with warm water (and a little lemon juice if you like) to a smooth paste, let it rest, then apply. Always do a small patch test first. Our henna is a natural body-art and hair colour product.

How do I use essential oils?
Essential oils are concentrated. Dilute with a carrier oil before applying to skin, or use a few drops in a diffuser. Do a patch test and keep away from eyes.

Is your saffron pure?
Yes – we offer pure saffron threads. A little goes a long way; steep a few threads in warm water or milk to release the colour and aroma.

Orders & delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location – you’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Can I return a product?
Unopened items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For food, supplements and personal-care items, we can only accept returns if the seal is intact, for safety and hygiene reasons.
